Need a batch of photos at one size, under a file-size limit, marked with your shop name or combined into a PDF? PixReady does the whole batch on your phone — nothing is uploaded and there is no account.

Free is genuinely usable, with ads. You can always process photos; the limits are on save/share uses and the Pro features. A save/share use is the first time you save or share a result.

### Requirements & compatibility

- **Android:** Android 8.0 or later — not on Google Play yet
- **iOS:** iOS 16 or later — in testing, not released yet
- **Languages:** 16 UI languages, including Vietnamese and English
- **Photo access:** Not needed with the system picker; asked only if you browse photos inside the app
- **Saving:** Adds new photos to a PixReady album, never edits existing ones

### Questions

**Are my photos uploaded?**

No. Photos are processed on the phone and never uploaded. Ads, usage statistics and purchases do use the network — details in the Privacy Policy.

**Why does a free save ask for a video?**

Free allows 3 save/share uses a day (Vietnam time); a use is the first time you save or share a result. The first needs no video, the 2nd and 3rd each need one completed video. Processing is never blocked. Pro removes the limit and the ads.

**How do I get Pro back on a new phone?**

Use the same store account you bought with, open Settings (or the upgrade screen) and tap Restore purchases.

**Saved, but the photos are not in my gallery?**

PixReady saves to a PixReady album. On some phones a new album does not show in the timeline — open Albums and look for PixReady.

**Do HEIC photos work?**

Yes on iOS. On Android it needs Android 9 or later and depends on the phone.

**Do I need an account?**

No. Using PixReady and buying Pro need no account; Pro is tied to your store account. Only if you choose to redeem a code on Android does the app ask you to sign in with Google — you can sign out or ask us to delete that account at any time.

### Ba bước là xong

### Câu hỏi thường gặp

**Ảnh có bị tải lên máy chủ không?**

Không. Ảnh được xử lý trên điện thoại và không bao giờ được tải lên. Quảng cáo, thống kê sử dụng và giao dịch mua có dùng mạng — chi tiết trong Chính sách quyền riêng tư.

**Vì sao lưu ảnh ở bản miễn phí lại phải xem video?**

Bản miễn phí cho 3 lượt lưu hoặc chia sẻ mỗi ngày (theo giờ Việt Nam); một lượt là lần đầu bạn lưu hoặc chia sẻ một kết quả. Lượt đầu không cần video, lượt 2 và 3 mỗi lượt cần xem hết một video. Xử lý ảnh không bao giờ bị chặn. Pro bỏ giới hạn và quảng cáo.

**Đổi máy thì lấy lại Pro thế nào?**

Đăng nhập cùng tài khoản cửa hàng đã mua, mở Cài đặt (hoặc màn hình nâng cấp) và bấm Khôi phục giao dịch.

**Đã lưu mà không thấy ảnh trong thư viện?**

PixReady lưu vào album PixReady. Trên một số máy, album mới không hiện ở dòng thời gian — mở mục Album và tìm PixReady.

**Ảnh HEIC có dùng được không?**

Có trên iOS. Trên Android cần Android 9 trở lên và tuỳ máy.

**Có cần tạo tài khoản không?**

Không. Dùng PixReady và mua Pro không cần tài khoản; gói Pro gắn với tài khoản cửa hàng của bạn. Chỉ khi bạn chọn nhập mã trên Android, app mới đề nghị đăng nhập Google — bạn có thể đăng xuất hoặc yêu cầu xoá tài khoản đó bất cứ lúc nào.
